ReplyDeleteThis is a brief peek into the world of someone with ADHD ... at least for me. When my sister shared it with me a couple of years ago it was a deciding factor in my seeking evaluation.
A great book on the subject of adult ADD (for those diagnosed or just wondering if they may have it) is "You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy?!: The Classic Self-Help Book for Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder". I saw myself everywhere in that book. Knowing there was an answer to my madness (and even those apparently quirky little things about myself I didn't realize) was a comfort.
